We use the original actuators to control the valves. Our GT3 titanium exhaust is a super lightweight with only 12.17 kg. That is a weight reduction of 53.1% to the original weight of the stock exhaust with 26.0 kg: a weight saving of phenomenal 13.83 kg. The iPE titanium exhaust offers plenty of advantages.     • This car exhibits Porsche’s advanced technology, which is demonstrated in its ceramic composite brakes, maximum engine power with twin turbines, and variable turbine geometry, but especially in its uncompromising lightweight components. The GT2 is the first Porsche to be factory equipped with a titanium exhaust system. We developed a real “sport exhaust version” for this super sports car. Our requirements were very simple: a lighter, more powerful, and better sounding exhaust system. Two high-flow 100 cpsi metallic cats, larger tube diameters-measuring not 55 but 60 mm-and reduced power-consuming back pressure. This resulted in a power increase, a torque increase, and weight savings. Complete the look with a set of exquisite titanium tailpipes.
