Order Processing and Despatch:

Online orders at Projex Design UK Ltd are processed within 24hrs. All goods are packaged to a high level to ensure limited damages are occurred, we ensure all orders are checked, securely packed, and despatched by several of our insured courier delivery services ( DPD, UK mail, Priority Express ). Specified delivery times for each order will be forwarded to you and will arrive on time providing the items ordered are in stock. Some items will take longer than others for delivery due to stock levels from manufactures and suppliers. If you require an item to be delivered on a specific date please call the sales team to discuss.

Often orders placed will be despatched within 72hrs or the same working day if available time slots. . If an item is out of stock or the item will be longer than the advertised delivery time we will contact you by phone or email prior to processing the transaction to let you know and to see if you wish to proceed with the order.

Postage and Packaging Cost:

The cost to deliver a set of wheels is £25.00 15″ – 19″ and £35.00 for 20″ and above via Courier. Alloy wheel and Tyre packages 15″ – 19″ £35.00 and 20″ above £50.00 via a secure pallet for safety and due to the weights.

This covers the delivery by courier and the packaging material costs. As we use a national courier and pallet network for all of our deliveries, your items are insured for any damages or loses subject to you reading the labels on the items and packages. We apply forms to make sure goods are delivered in a good condition and the same as when left our warehouse.

What if the delivery is attempted and you are out?

All deliveries are courier delivered and therefore require a signature upon receipt. If you are not in when your delivery is attempted, the driver will post a card, outlining details of how you can rearrange a second delivery at no extra cost or make collection from the local holding depot for which they will provide address details. Alternatively, if you work weekdays we can arrange the delivery to go direct to your work address provided we have the full business name and address, and a contact telephone number.

Invoicing:

Orders are sent from the warehouse with an attached receipt of your goods, you will receive a second invoice separately via email your records. If you have any invoicing queries or require an invoice copy of a recent order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Packing:

All goods are thoroughly checked prior to despatch, and are then securely wrapped and packaged and security sealed to ensure safe transit. We use some of the latest wrapping and packaging techniques available on todays market, and even have packaging exclusively designed and manufactured for our pre-built wheel and tyre units which not only ensures the products reach you in perfect condition, it means we can get the items packaged exceptionally quickly to ensure your order is with you without delay in the quickest time available in the industry. Packaging is so important when mail ordering so we take it very seriously to the highest level to ensure your goods reach you in the condition they were in when they left us.

Delivery Insurance:

We do our very best to make sure all items are securely packaged every item to make sure that it reaches you safely and securely, there will be unfortunately rare occasions goods can be damaged in transit due to the nature of the products. If a parcel arrives and the box/packaging appears damaged please read the YELLOW instructions on the goods, please sign for the goods and clearly print “DAMAGED” next to your signature. Then upon opening the parcel, if you find that any product within the box/packaging is damaged please contact us by email [email protected] or Phone (01275 774 308) within 24hrs so that we can assess the situation. Please make sure all items are back into the original box/packaging as following on from there we will make a collection of the damaged item and arrange a redelivery of a replacement free of charge. We reserve the right to offer a direct replacement. If the item shows signs of being fitted, it is excluded from this exchange policy.
